Orange County outpatient drug and alcohol treatment at NTS satisfies many court ordered treatment requirements. The Orange County outpatient drug and alcohol treatment program at NTS occurs three nights per week, allowing people to work or take care of familial responsibilities during the day. The outpatient drug and alcohol treatment program utilizes much of the program curriculum that our primary drug and alcohol treatment programs use. Each outpatient is expected to complete their Step Workbook and attend one AA or NA meeting per day, not including days that the person attends our Outpatient Program at NTS. Client in the outpatient drug treatment program are monitored daily through "check-ins" with their case manager and weekly through individual counseling appointments with their addiction treatment expert. Sometimes the Outpatient is utilized at the end of NTS treatment to help clients maintain the recovery they established in one of NTS's primary programs, and sometimes the Orange County Outpatient Program is used by people who do not need primary drug and alcohol treatment. Each client is tested for drugs and alcohol every 72 hours and reports to the court are provided. NTS's outpatient RAP Program is one of the oldest and most famous of all of NTS's programs in Orange County. The Orange County Outpatient Treatment Program at NTS, (The RAP Program) has helped thousands of people get sober over the last 20 years. Some clients who enter the outpatient drug and alcohol treatment program at NTS in Orange County pay for extra services such as individual therapy, extra groups, and/or extra drug and alcohol testing. The Outpatient Drug and Alcohol Treatment Program at NTS can be modified to fit the needs of the individual who needs treatment, or is required to attend outpatient drug and alcohol treatment in Orange County by a judge.
