At NTS we strive to be the most creative drug addiction treatment facility in Orange County.  Creativity in the therapeutic professions seems to be lacking these days.  Therapists and treatment professionals are trained in a certain way and often when they go to work for addiction treatment and healthcare based facilities.  Many addiction treatment facilities are stuck in their old ways, but many are developing new and effective treatment methods to treat those addicted to drugs and alcohol.  Pine Grove is one addiction treatment facility that is breaking the barrier when it comes to creativity in programing.  At NTS we like to think outside the box, so to speak.  We encourage our clinicians to develop new and creative ways to help our clients overcome their addictions.  We are constantly changing and modifying old methods and trying out new methods to treat drug and alcohol addiction.  Our clinical staff is constantly reading the latest research literature on addiction treatment and visiting and investigating other addiction treatment facilities to see what they are doing and if what they are doing is effective.   No single treatment facility holds the rights to successful drug and alcohol addiction treatment and we all share our information freely with each other in the hopes of helping our clients.  Brendan Bickley, the clinical director of NTS, facilitates an atmosphere of creativity and fun in his approach to treating NTS clients.  Perhaps it is his creative background and family heritage, but he welcomes new ideas and creative approaches to treating drug and alcohol addiction.  At NTS we always keep in mind that establishing rapport with the client is the greatest variable to successful addiction treatment and we at NTS do everything possible to ensure that it is fostered and allowed to develop.  For more questions about the NTS program and some of the more creative elements of our programing feel free to contact us.
