Northbound StaffAdministrative Staff

The administrative staff at Northbound Treatment Services is there for you in times of crisis, handling the due diligence when it’s time to find treatment for a loved one. The administrative staff members are trained to help families make informed decisions. All of our staff members are fully licensed in their respective fields. Staff members are always more than happy to answer your questions and provide information to you or your loved one. They can even provide an assessment over the phone. Quite frankly, not only does the administrative staff keep Northbound running smoothly, but their combined experience is without parallel in the industry.

Clinical Staff

When researching a drug rehab center, one should look for proper accreditation and review the credentials of the clinical staff. At Northbound Treatment Services, you’ll find the education, background and licensure of our professionals to be of the highest quality. This clinical approach to treating alcoholism, addiction, and co-occurring disorders reflects the many breakthroughs in neurosciences and cognitive behavioral therapies that have greatly advanced care. The clinical staff at Northbound is nationally recognized and they have developed a long-term solution for treating addictive behaviors. While we emphasize a strong 12-step foundation, we also understand that life experiences, psychiatric issues, and other factors may require appropriate medication. The clinical staff engages with each client, and treats him or her as an individual.

Support Staff

As a leader in drug and alcohol treatment, we don’t have “van drivers.” All of our support staff members are either licensed drug and alcohol counselors or studying to become one. Whether he or she is a driver, house manager, cook and coordinator, the support team is exactly that – supporting clients to the best of their ability. These hard-working individuals have been there and they know the first weeks and months of recovery can be tough. Their number one job is to be of service, as one staff member explains, “I love coming to work everyday because I get to witness so much positive change and growth. I get to see clients who struggled through detox go on to enroll in the Sober Academy and get an A in the first class.”
