The Northbound Academy program is specifically designed to help the current or past college student resume his studies with the goal of obtaining a degree.
Northbound specializes in helping young adults find new hope and direction during a very critical time of their lives. In order to do so, it is important that we provide a setting that will help clients fulfill their educational goals and carry out a treatment plan that includes a return to (or completion of) their studies.
The Northbound Academy program is specifically designed to help the current or past college student resume his studies with the goal of obtaining a degree. The feelings of frustration and disappointment that accompany the need to withdraw from classes due to problems with chemical dependency can be overwhelming, and Northbound Academy helps those students get back on track. In particular, experienced college students (whether they have one class left to graduate or they have multiple college classes from multiple colleges) find the Northbound Academy program both appealing and beneficial.
The Northbound Academy program is perfect for those who:
- Have multiple units from multiple colleges
- Have dropped out, failed out, withdrawn or been expelled from college
- Have been successful in college, but need some help graduating
- Want to transfer from one college to another
- Need to repair their academic records before continuing their academic careers
